Actively providing engineering and scientific services since 1987, this consulting effort has been a strong component
of Dr. Kohles' academic career. In 2001, the move to Portland, Oregon, provided the opportunity to strengthen an
independent research institute which services the medical device industry, legal firms, and federal agencies.
Design, Discovery, and Dissemination (D3) are the key objectives of this organization. Please follow
